A Darling family favorite. This simple recipe has gone through many variations. This version is a seared salmon fillet with a crispy, flavorful mustard crust that will amaze one and all. Any type of salmon fillet will be delicious. We often use Steel head trout fillets with great results as well. Sasquatch Mustard has the perfect blend of salt, vinegar and spices to compliment fish recipes of all kinds (especially salmon)
